Hi, I am Sere born and raised in Switzerland and based in Ireland since 2016. My experiences living in different countries and cultures shape my work, which explores themes of belonging, identity, and what it’s like to live in-between places.

Alongside my writing, I trained as a Poetry and Bibliotherapist in Switzerland and Germany, researching the relationship between reading, writing, and mental wellbeing.

At the heart of all my work is a belief in writing as a companion: it holds complexity, invites curiosity, and makes space for connection, with ourselves and with others.
